Sometimes life has a way of bringing people together in the most unexpected, yet meaningful ways. I truly believe that our paths crossed for a reason, and that belief has been the foundation of something incredibly special. From the very moment Rebecca and I connected, a bond was formed—not just between us, but between our families. This bond has ignited a shared mission to raise awareness and celebrate the strength of survivors, turning what could have been a tragic circumstance into a beautiful journey of purpose and passion.
When our families first came together, we didn’t meet as strangers. We met as two families who deeply understood each other. In the chaos and confusion of difficult times, there was an unspoken recognition between us—a sense of knowing. Our experiences were bound by the same resilience and strength. We shared a connection that went beyond words, a bond that was built on mutual respect and the understanding that we could support each other as we navigated our individual and collective journeys.
